Anderson Asphalt views safety and health as a part of every employee's duty and responsibility when carrying out asphalt production, laboratory testing, site operations, workshop repairs, office activities and other associated duties.

The Company is committed to:

1. Continual improvement in minimizing and avoiding potential hazards arising from workplaces so that accidents can be prevented; providing a safe and healthy working environment for its employees; and continual improvement is monitored by various statistics and periodic safety audits.

2. Complying with applicable Occupational Safety and Health legislation and other subscribed requirements and to make this policy available for public inspection.

3. Providing training to employees to enhance safety awareness and competency to carry out their duties and responsibilities as well as to achieve the objectives set for continual improvement.

This policy is communicated to every employee for implementation. There will be an annual review of the policy to ensure its appropriateness. The Company will endeavour to provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement this policy.
